Harvesting

Only fully ripe coffee cherries are hand picked to ensure consistent quality, optimal sweetness, and superior flavor before processing begins.

Milling & Pulping

Fresh cherries are carefully depulped to remove the outer skin while preserving the beans, preparing them for controlled fermentation.

Drying

Controlled sun drying ensures green beans undergo even moisture reduction, preventing defects. Final moisture content is maintained at 12–12.5%.

Machine Sorting

Machine sorting uses destoner, screen grader, density separator, magnetic separator, and color sorter to ensure clean, uniform, high-quality beans.

Roasting Process

Each batch is precisely roasted with controlled temperature and timing to develop a balanced flavor profile and consistent cup quality.
